As of the 1st of May, we will have one office available to rent at the Marina.

This office is located behind the main Marina sales office and is 320 sq ft in size.

The rent for this office is competitive (£570 p.c.m + VAT) and includes the below amenities:

Given the revised guidance received from the Prime Minister on Monday evening, the Marina will now be shutting its normal operations with immediate effect.

As employers we have a duty of care to our staff and as a business, we also have a further duty of care to our berth holders, leaseholders and tenants to ensure that we provide as safe as an environment as possible for all concerned and that we do not expose anyone to unnecessary risk.

We shall be keeping a staff presence on site at all times for reasons of both security and safety. Our security team will continue their operations as before and during the day, a few staff members will in the Marina reception but the barrier entry will be placed down restricting vehicle access to anyone other than authorised holders using their entry fobs.
