Floating Dock for Jet Ski’s

At Littlehampton Marina, we introduced a floating dock system or ‘Versadock’ (as they are otherwise known) several years ago. By creating a dynamic and versatile floating dock for jet skis, we significantly increased our capacity to store, launch and recover personal watercraft throughout the year.

We’ve so far installed 15 Versadock floating dock systems, which can accommodate up to 15 jet skis at a time. Considered one of the most convenient and efficient docking solutions available, the Versadock floating dock for jet skis enables watercraft to be stored on a secure platform out of the water. The reduction in contact with maritime elements can help preserve both the integrity and the aesthetic of your jet ski long-term.

Benefits of using a Floating Dock System

There are a number of benefits to keeping a jet ski on a floating dock system as opposed to taking a traditional water mooring.

A floating dock system modifies in accordance with the high and low tidal conditions and therefore enables jet ski owners to mount and dismount their skis in a quick, safe and easy manner.

In addition to this, a floating dock system is designed to primarily act as barrier between the water and the underside of the jet ski. By keeping a distance between the water and the jet ski, a floating dock helps keep the ski out of direct contact with the maritime elements and in turn helps prevent it from becoming rusty or corrosive.

As we have started to experience warmer seasons over the last couple of years and in turn jet ski owners have been able to get more and more use out of their skis, the interest in occupying one of our floating docks has increased twofold.
