This lodge is located at the top end of Littlehampton Marina on the popular Marina View Holiday site and comes with a 10 year Goldshield Structural Warranty, is fully furnished and ready for immediate occupation.
This lodge would be ideal for someone looking for a stress-free weekend/holiday home on the South Coast as it is safe and secure, easy to manage and close to local amenities and transport.

At Littlehampton Marina, we have open, secure, yard space available to rent.
The smaller yard, located at the top end of the Marina itself is 6025 sq ft and comes with a lockable gate and secure container, that can be used as office space.
The larger yard, located next to the Marina, on the Arun Self Storage land, is 77,000 sq ft and can be let as a whole or in parts.
